Janie had reached out to my to apply for a position I had posted for my loved one with special needs. I initially interviewed her on the phone, went over what the position entailed, and she confirmed her interest in the position so I set-up an in person interview so she would meet my loved one and fill out the paperwork. She never showed and did not call or text with an explanation.
