About Janicia

My name is JJ. I am an undergraduate and aspiring lawyer at Columbia. I have always excelled in academics, having skipped a grade, graduated high school early, and spent my entire education in a gifted/accelerated program. When we meet you will pick up at once that I am a naturally affectionate and effusive human being, warm and fun and down-to-earth. Make no mistake though: as a book lover and dedicated scholar, I am convinced that among the most important and life-affirming expressions of fun is an energetic approach to learning. With my background as a tutor and my passion for academics I make sure the studying is diligent and the homework gets done on time. I hope that my love for learning will rub off on the ones I tutor and they see the beauty in education and intelligence.
