Jan has made several trips now MUCH more relaxing because we knew we had an honest, trustworthy professional looking after our 3 cats. She takes pics and sends them with updates, especially if you're worried about an elderly or ill pet, and she follows directions to the letter. In addition, she's the first sitter we've hired that REALLY keeps the litter box clean!!! We love her!! She's money very well spent!!
