We hired Jan for our son when he was 6 months old and she was with him until we started him in full time preschool just before he turned 3. Our son absolutely loved Jan (and still does!) from the first time they met and she was incredible with him at every turn. The time she spent with our son is invaluable to us. I know every time I leave Jan with our son, he is not only going to be safe but he is going to be loved and care for and he'll have so much as well! Jan herself is so communicative with us as parents! We got updates on everything with our son -- from diaper changes and food updates to what fun things they got up to that day. As a person, Jan is the most beautiful soul, wonderfully patient and so kindhearted. She is a member of our family at this point after two years together and we are so grateful to have found her!! Any family would be lucky to have Jan in their lives. We certainly are.
