About Janice

Hi! I'm Janice, a patient and enthusiastic tutor who loves helping students build confidence and enjoy learning. I currently work as a preschool teacher and have experience working with children of different ages, personalities, and learning styles. I offer tutoring in English, Math, Science, Social Studies, History, Spanish, and Study Skills. I'm fully bilingual in English and Spanish and can help students with reading, writing, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation. One thing families should know about me is that I'm very patient and understand that every child learns differently. My top tutoring skills are explaining concepts in simple ways, adapting to each student's needs, and making learning fun and engaging. Whether your child needs homework help, extra practice, or stronger study habits, my goal is to help them feel comfortable, capable, and proud of their progress!
