I have raised 3 sons, all of which have become Eagle Scouts. We are active in our church. I taught the preschool children in Sunday School for 25 years. Being a mom is one of the greatest joys of my life and now being a grandmother. I have helped several families with their children through Care. com. I enjoy being outside, taking walks or just playing in the yard or a playground if one is close by. I can also do some light housework if needed. I have also done Senior Care in a companionship role, some through companies and also privately, sometimes working overnights. I can help with meal prep and light housework. Janice has been a blessing to our family. She's been with our family for over 3 years and treats my daughter as if she was her granddaughter and my daughter thinks of her as a grandmother. She takes our daughter to the park most nice days, does arts and crafts, teaches her songs and has created games for her to learn letters and numbers. Janice has been very flexible in working our varied schedule and was always willing to come early on snow days or stay later than originally scheduled. She has been easy to work with and followed all requests we made in regards to our daughter, such as sticking to a daily routine and correcting behavior issues. She takes it upon herself to unload the dishwasher, straighten up the house which was always appreciated after a long day. Janice is caring, trustworthy and honest. She has been a pleasure to work with and I feel my daughter has learned a lot from her even prior to going to preschool. Janice has been wonderful to our family and our daughter and I highly recommend her.
