Janice was with us for just shy of a year from the time our daughter was 3-13 months. She was a great caregiver throughout all stages, infancy to toddlerhood. She is very warm and personable. She has a lot of experience and as first time parents, we appreciated her insight. At the same time, she was very good about listening to how we like things to be done.
