Married my high school sweetheart that I met at Carlsbad High School 40 years ago (still together), and we now have two grown boys that both became first responders (Hot Shot Wildland Fire Fighters). I was a stay at home mom for over 20 years, and as a family we helped our boys stay active with sports. While our boys were in elementary school, I worked at their school as a yard duty supervisor which involved supervising and keeping the kids safe on the playground and in the lunch room. Volunteered over the years at various churches working in the nursery caring for infants through 3-year-olds and as a first grade Sunday school teacher. I love kids, animals, and nature. When my daughter was 4 months old and I went back to work it seemed impossible to find someone that I would be comfortable leaving her with. We then came across Janice?s profile. She has since been watching our daughter 5 days a week and we couldn't be happier. Janice is trustworthy, kind, loving, everything you could ask for when looking for someone to care for your child. She is very attentive and active with our daughter, they are always playing, going to the park, reading books, etc. She always has a positive attitude and is a pleasure to have in our day to day lives. She will be missed very much. But we are definitely planning to still use her for date nights and babysitting needs.
