We truly liked Janice’s profile, we felt she would be a great fit for my elderly mother. We had an appt for today at 3pm, I messaged earlier this morning and called her after 3 to see if she was coming. After she was late by 15 min, I asked if she was coming and I got no response. It takes a lot for my mother to clean her house, she worked hard all morning to prepare for Janice and we got no message, no call, no show. Very disappointed, my mother is really upset. Needless to say, Janice was unreliable for us.
