Janice was amazing! My mother needed 24x7 care while I went on a business trip. Stay overnight? Yes. Light cooking? Of course. Drive my mom to a doctor appointment? Sure thing. THEN, just before Janice arrived, mom’s blood pressure dropped, and I had to call 911. My uber was already waiting to take me to the airport. Janice was amazing. She stayed with my mom, and was so kind and reassuring. She sat with her at the ER for several hours until by brother arrived. She provided timely updates. I felt so much better knowing Janice was with her. Super professional and kind. Our family will hire her again in a heartbeat. Thank you Janice!
