About Janice

To whom may be in need of a truly caring caregiver for their elderly love one or not so elderly; Mrs. Janice is that person! She had been a part of our family for almost ten years, my mom passed at the age of 102 on 3 July 2025. She had dementia and Jan cared for her with love, dignity and respect; she treated mom as she would have her own grandmother❤️. There are not enough wonderful adjectives to describe Jan. But I’ll try; she is “as honest as the day is long!” (she once pointed out I had overpaid her😳) Her number one priority was, and always had been, mom’s health and well being. Jan made sure mom would take her meds, as prescribed by the doctors and there were many times mom refused but Jan showed great patience and understanding and was able to convince mom as to how important and necessary those meds were. Jan is kind, sympathetic, trustworthy and loyal. Many, many times Jan went above and beyond her “duties” in order to help when and where she was needed. Because of her training, experience and knowledge, I know she saved mom’s life a number of times and I truly believe God sent us Jan. I’ve told her, when the time comes and I need “care,” I’ll be asking her to be my Caregiver❤️. I and my four siblings are forever grateful to Jan for being such a wonderful caregiver to our mom.
