Janice has been with our family for 2 years. I don't know if I can find the words to describe how truly incredible she is, but I will try! She is very dependable and great at communicating. She is always supportive of our parenting decisions, and is consistent with our routines. She was so flexible and accommodating with the constant changes that were dealt to us during Covid. She has a positive attitude and brings a great energy to the household. Our kids love her, she is always doing art projects and exploring nature with them. They look forward to her coming and often ask if it's a "Ms. Janice Day". She will be a part of our family forever, and will be a positive addition to any family that she connects with!
