About Janice

10 years supporting adults and seniors has solidified my passion for their well-being and independence. Previous roles have given me wonderful experiences, and I truly desire to positively impact the lives of those I care for. As a Certified Home Health Aide with a college degree, I provide transportation, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility assistance. I am also experienced in dementia care, medical management, hospice services, and running errands. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion or agitation with patience and a calm demeanor. I am compassionate, friendly, and build trust with those I care for. I communicate with families through written daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. It would be my pleasure to bring my skills and caring nature to your family.
