My goal is to support well-being and independence through services like respite care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with mobility and medical management. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I communicate with families through daily reports and regular updates. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when building a connection with those in my care. I have some college experience, a car, and I'm comfortable with pets.
