About Janey

Hi! My name is Janey, and I'm a dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Aide at BCSSD. I have experience working with children of all ages, abilities, and individual needs. Especially special needs childen. Every day, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and positive environment where children feel comfortable, valued, and encouraged to learn and grow. I understand that every child is unique, and I take pride in being patient, understanding, and adaptable to their individual personalities and needs. Working with children is something I'm truly passionate about, and I'm excited to take the next step by bringing the same dedication, kindness, and care I provide in the classroom into families' homes. My goal is to give parents peace of mind knowing their children are in caring, responsible, and dependable hands while making sure every child has a fun, engaging, and positive experience! I look forward to meeting new families and making a meaningful difference in their children's lives!
