Hi! I'm J. L. I am an experienced caregiver hoping to start working out of the home again. I spent the last several months of parenting full time due to last spring's closure of my son's school and a drastic reduction in enrollment where I had been teaching. At this time, I would like to work part time for a local (Milton) family as an infant/toddler nanny so I can minimize my family's in-person contacts and be available to support my son's remote learning each afternoon. - I've worked as a full time Nanny since 2007 and part time since 2000 caring for newborns, infants and toddlers. - From the spring of 2012 through summer of 2018, I worked in shared-care arrangements. Initially bringing my own son to work with me, and later meeting the needs of two employer families. - I have earned and maintain my Massachusetts Infant/Toddler teacher certification. - I have three years experience working in center-based group care, including two years at a Montessori school.
Janet was the full-time nanny of our daughter for the first year of her life. We depended on Janet for full time care and she was dependable, caring, and invaluable in caring for our daughter as if she was her own. Janet is self-sufficient and resourceful and able to handle whatever you throw at her, allowing us to focus on our jobs and lives. She's also fun, friendly and easygoing. Definite recommend.
