About Janet

Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is the core of my teaching practice. With three years of experience, I specialize in Math, English, and essential study skills. I believe every child learns differently, so I actively listen and adapt my methods--using visual aids, discussions, or hands-on practice--to match your child's unique style. When concepts feel challenging, I break them down into manageable steps and celebrate every small victory to build momentum. I maintain open communication with families to ensure we are always aligned on progress and goals. My greatest reward is watching a student's confidence grow as they master new skills and begin to love learning. I hold CPR training and First Aid certifications. I am genuinely excited to partner with you to help your student thrive and develop the critical thinking skills they need for long-term success.
