I hold a college degree and maintain active CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications. As a dedicated caregiver, I can provide reliable support through meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation. I am compassionate, enthusiastic, and focused on creating a comfortable, safe environment for those I serve. Whether we are incorporating memory care activities or adapting to new daily routines, I prioritize the well-being of your loved one. I truly look forward to bringing a friendly, supportive presence into your home and becoming a trusted partner in your family's care. I am a massage therapist and yoga instructor, and teach line dancing and strength classes. I love card and board games and I'm happy to just chat too!
