About Janet

I started babysitting around 12/13 years old. After I graduated HS, I got my first job as a nanny. Twin girls, 4. 5 months old. I stayed with them until there were about 1 and then started working at a center. The girls are still a part of our family and they are in their 20's now. My first center I worked at, I was there for 4 years. I worked with 3-year-olds. I left there and worked at another center that had better financial benefits for me. I worked in the infant room as a TA. While I worked there, I became pregnant and had my daughter. After 2 years of working at the center, I became a stay at home mom. My kids are older now that I knew I could go back to work, doing what I love! Working with kids! I was hired at a center in 2023. I was the lead infant teacher. I left that job after 1. 5 years. This center offers better pay. I started as an infant TA and now I am a Lead Toddler Teacher. I'd love to work with a family, bond and be able to grow with them and their child(ren)

Her natural ability to connect with children and families is unmatched. She brings warmth, patience, and creativity to every interaction, and children are instantly drawn to her. She was quick to help train new staff members and make them feel right at home in her classroom! Janet consistently went above and beyond in her role as a lead teacher, whether it was planning engaging activities, helping children through transitions, or communicating thoughtfully with families. She was dependable, professional, and always approached each day with a positive attitude and genuine care. She truly loves what she does and you could see that day after day. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have Janet as a caregiver. She is trustworthy, kind, and truly has a heart for working with children. I recommend her without hesitation!!
