Janeth is not your average person or employee. We've had nannies for over 14 years, and I thought we had our fair share of good nannies, until Janeth came along, who was superior in every way I can imagine. Many can do a good job, but very few overtly supersede your expectations. Patient, extremely organized and highly motivated. She over-works and always went well beyond any expectations. She is able to forsee what is needed, just takes the initiative to care of anything, regardless of whether its part of the job expectations. An incredible human being who will inevitably succeed in whatever she does. I consider our family very lucky to have had her here for nearly 3 years. We will dearly miss her but wish her only the best inhererr new endeavors in life.
