Applied for a job clearly staying that it was for surgical recovery needs at short notice (for a disabled, terminally ill patient), then wasted time in replying and eventually left us on read two hours before the job start time, despite us passing over other qualified candidates due to her experience and seeing willing to work with us. Unprofessional in the extreme. Do not apply for critical care jobs, on a care site, if you have no intention of following through.
