I have some college education and current First Aid Training and worked in the Emergency dept for many years. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I provide transportation, run errands, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Respecting my patients' wishes and earning their trust are my priorities.
