Retired Hospice RN - Respite & End-of-Life Support I am a retired hospice RN with oncology experience since 1997 and 10 years dedicated to hospice care. I provide compassionate, dependable respite support so caregivers can rest and recharge, knowing their loved one is in skilled, respectful hands. My background includes comfort-focused care, medication awareness, symptom monitoring, and emotional support during challenging transitions. I bring a calm, reassuring presence and honor each patient's dignity and wishes. I am empathetic, professional, and steady. I value caring for hospice patients and families because these moments are deeply human--centered on comfort, presence, and easing fear. I strive to help families feel supported and less alone. I am seeking meaningful, one-on-one work where I can continue serving patients and caregivers in a personal setting. In my free time, I enjoy traveling to see family, quilting, and spending time with my grandchildren and two small dogs.
