Janet has been a fantastic caregiver for my parents, especially my mother who has cognitive issues. Janet is kind, easy to be around, always on time, and extremely helpful. She knows how to help without my mother feeling bad about it. My mother didn't want an aide at all - she was always a very independent, smart person who enjoyed helping others. Janet was able to help my mother while also allowing my mother to keep her dignity.
