Janet is great at communication which allowed for a quick hire. We were even able to set up a casual meeting so her and my son could get to know each other prior to her babysitting for us. Being able to have that meeting allowed me and my son to feel more comfortable around her. My son is very shy and slow to open up to people, but he immediately took to Janet! She has been very flexible with my work schedule, and my son loves seeing her! She is very kind and patient with my little guy and he definitely looks forward to their play time together.
