For 10 years, I've been dedicated to helping adults maintain their independence and well-being. My approach is being patient, compassionate, and professional, with a keen eye for detail. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating memory care activities. I provide transportation, run errands, handle shopping, and manage light housekeeping. I keep families updated on their loved one's well-being via text or phone, following their preferred method, and ensuring continuity of care. Earning a client's trust is paramount, while allowing them to remain independent as I supervise to ensure safety. I have CPR Training and a high school degree.
