I've been a nanny/house manager for over 30 years on and off. Every family I've worked for has included the same duties as listed in your ad. I provide services for light housekeeping, shopping, errands, provide transportation to doctor appointments, errands, ect. I have experience with not only children, but elderly folks as well. I cared for both of my parents, while they were burdened with many ailments, until they were laid to rest, as well as a long time family friend, for several years, as her health deteriorated. I've also had a second job in restaurants, to supplement my income, so interacting with people is a strong suit of mine. I'm also an empath, which I believe you have to be, while caring for people.
