You won't find anyone more empathetic toward animals and animal lovers than Janet. That has been true since childhood. Many decades ago, when livestock conditions were not as consumer-sensitive as they are, today, I can recall her educating me on the reasons to abstain from ordering/buying veal. As far as personality, demeanor, communicatiin, character, responsibleness, etc., all A+. Because she respects others, provide any particular instructions you might deem especially important to you. She's not one of those caregivers who is comfortable making important decisions FOR you.
