Janessa was absolutely amazing. She cared for our son for about a year, starting when he was one year old, and quickly became an integral part of our family. She’s kind, thoughtful, loving, and took the time to truly understand our needs. Not only did she care for our son with great attention and tenderness, but she also thoughtfully incorporated play-based learning into their daily activities. She prioritized time outdoors, navigated sleep training and regressions with confidence, and brought a calm, professional presence to each day. Janessa was always open to feedback—though we rarely had any, as she was such a natural fit. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with her is incredibly lucky. She’s a real gift.
