About Janessa

Hi!! My name is Janessa and I will be a sophomore at the University of Louisville in the fall. I have 4 younger siblings ages 9 and younger so I have lots of experience with kids!! I love animals, going outdoors, and spending time with friends. During the school year I am also in a sorority and enjoy volunteering and participating in my chapters philanthropy! When I'm not out and about I also work as a lifeguard during the summers. I'd describe my personality as gentle, caring, and patient. I like working with kids because they are creative and have lots of energy. In my spare time, I like to get coffee with my friends and go on walks when the weather is nice. I have my own transportation so that is not a problem and I am also CPR and first aid certified. I do as well have experience with neurodivergence and I'm a social work major!
