Hi! I'm a Family and Consumer Sciences teacher with 26+ years of experience and a former Personal Care Attendant. I bring a kind, respectful, and compassionate approach to caregiving, with a strong background in wellness, nutrition, and independent living. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and can assist with daily routines, personal care, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders. My early PCA experience gave me a deep understanding of quality care, and my teaching career has strengthened my patience and communication skills. I'm also a mom of three--two in college and one in high school--so I understand the importance of trust and reliability.
