About Jane

I began my nursing career in 2011 working at an inpatient rehab facility. I have also worked in pediatric home care, corporate flu clinics, postpartum, psychiatry, and ortho. I completed my masters degree in 2017 and as a clinical nurse leader my passion for advocacy, safety, and satisfaction helps my clients achieve their goals. I have been in health care since 1999 and I also have a bachelors degree in Psychology. I have done home care with the elderly population including post hospital follow up visits, wound care, and medication reconciliation and management. I have also provided skilled nursing care for adult clients who were bed-bound and I would provide respite for family for as little as 2 or as many as 12 hours in a shift. I look forward to helping you and/or your loved one maintain independence, safety, and health as much as possible.
