About Jane

I would describe my personality as a chameleon. Having worked in healthcare since 1999, I have learned to be true to myself while matching the energy of my clients. I like working with kids because they can teach me more than I can teach them sometimes. There's never a dull moment with kids. I'm looking for a job that shows appreciation and provides clear communication on the needs and expectations but is also understanding of any feedback that I provide. I started working with kids when I was in middle school when I volunteered at a summer camp. My skills include recognizing if the child is more of a doer or a watcher and finding ways to connect with them to keep them engaged and stimulated. I'm compassionate and will listen to your child and respect their experiences. I'm also a registered nurse and I have an active RN license as well as current BLS.
