Hello, my name is Jane, a certified Nurse Assistant, with over 10 years of experience in senior and home care. I am passionate about helping seniors live safely and comfortably while maintaining their dignity and independence. I have experience caring for clients with Dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease, stroke recovery, and other chronic conditions in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and private home settings. I assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, medication reminders, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping. I am also experienced with Hoyer lifts, gait belts, safe transfers, and colostomy care.
