I'm the Mother of a 17-year-old son in D. C. (Dupont). I was recently doge'd and am looking for some part-time work. I love working with children especially. I am very caring. I graduated from McGill University in Canada where I was a faculty scholar in English Literature. I also did a year-long diploma in teaching (ESL). I have tutored French and English and currently work with refugees from Afghanistan. I love engaging children and do not like to see kids buried in phones or tablets. I am fun, warm and active. I miss taking my son on all the educational outings we went on when he was younger. I enjoy playing tennis (I have a ball machine and could help your children with tennis), biking, stand up paddling, taking children to museums etc. I also play piano and love music and singing. I am also open to looking after a dog in my home for owners who will be away on a trip. Or doing part-time work for seniors. I am also available for French tutoring. Thank you.
