About Jane

Hi! I'm Jane, a former school counselor and special education teacher with current state certification (Pre-K-21) and recent completion of the Early Intervention Training Program through the University of Illinois. I have years of experience working with children and adolescents in both educational and mental health settings, and I bring a patient, trauma-informed approach to every family I support. Childcare has always been part of my life-my mom ran a licensed home daycare, and I grew up helping after school, on holidays, and during summers. I began babysitting on my own as a teen and have continued to care for children ever since. I'm especially experienced with neurodivergent children and have in-depth knowledge of developmental milestones.
