About Janell

It's hard to imagine a better care giver and I recommend her without hesitation. She had tremendous compassion and empathy for my mom and her situation, but also provides a firm hand with a no-nonsense approach when that's called for. She has the respect and trust of my mom and the entire family. She solves problems on her own, but never over steps her boundaries, and is very good at communicating with the family. When my mother was having her stroke, Janell quickly recognized the symptoms and called the rescue squad. Because of this my mother received time sensitive therapies that left her only minor deficits. Janell works well with the other caregivers. In fact, she managed the entire schedule of caregivers for my mom. When there were gaps in coverage of my mother's care she always took the initiative to find someone and made sure that person was a responsible caregiver.
