Janelle is incredibly caring, nurturing, and attentive. She was an angel during a difficult time, taking care of our dying parent, and we truly could not have gotten through it without her support. It was clear she wasn’t just doing a job — she genuinely cared about Mom and about our whole family. She was always on time, communicative, and would go above and beyond. Any family would be lucky to have her!! P.S. She’s also great with dogs!
