Janelle is TERRIFIC. We've been hiring her on and off over the past two years to care for our two children (2 and 7). When we first interviewed her, she immediately engaged with my oldest boy, laughing and joking with him as if she knew him for years. She has a very calm, peaceful demeanor but she has all the energy and attention you'd want for someone taking care of your kids. She is punctual, she follows any requests or rules we've set for the boys and they are always excited when they know she's coming over. Truly a great person and one that I recommend highly!
