I am a retired RN. and have worked with Janelle twice in my career , the first time was at a nursing home where I was her nursing supervisor and she was a CNA. She was always one of the best staff members on my team , reliable, knowledgeable, kind and loving to her patients ,always could be counted on to do her best.The second time was recently where we were both working on a private duty hospice case and again she stood out as a very competent, reliable, caring , staff member . If anyone I know and loved needed a care giver I would not hesitate to recommend her, she is definately 5 star mayerial
