Janelle was pleasant during our interview & our trial day went well, our kid really liked her. However, the evening before her first official day, she texted at 8:30 PM saying she can no longer move forward with the position. Additionally, the morning of her original trial day, she texted to say she was sick. We understand that life happens, but the last minute notice on two occasions made it difficult for our family to make alternate arrangements, which affected my ability to work those days.
