Janelaze ("Munchie") provided excellent care to my mother-in-law, who has moderate dementia, at our home for two months this year. As I work from home, I was able to observe much of their interaction, and Munchie was unwaveringly kind and patient. She is skilled and comfortable with working with individuals with dementia. She was very proactive about encouraging my mother-in-law to do the exercises recommended by the physical therapist and keeping her active moving around the house and going for walks in the neighborhood. Munchie engaged her in conversations and games, bringing a very nice and upbeat energy to each day together. We found her to be 100% reliable, prompt, and an excellent communicator. We would have continued the arrangement, but we are transitioning my MIL to a memory care home. Highly recommend!
