I also work part time for the army as a respite care provider for their special needs families for the past 8 years. Jane worked with our family for approximately 2 months, caring for our infant son four days a week. Jane is very prompt and reliable, showing up on time every day. She is organized, polite, and was respectful of our home, leaving things the way she found them at the end of every day. Jane was flexible with our inconsistent work schedules, and we were very grateful for her accommodating short notice changes when needed. Jane was interactive with our son, taking him on outdoor walks when weather permitted them, teaching him some sign language, singing songs to, and reading books with him. She also did a wonderful job keeping track of his daily schedule, writing notes for the things that helped us track how his days were going.
