About Janean

I'm a professional nanny with over 20 years of experience caring for children from newborn through age 16. I've worked long term with wonderful families, including executives from Disney, Microsoft and Amazon. I truly enjoy creating a calm, supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and feel secure. Along with my nanny experience, I've work as a lead teacher for the school district and have a background in ABA therapy, behaviorism, and special education support. I love helping children build confidence, navigate big feelings, and learn through play and everyday experiences. I use American Sign Language (ASL) to support early communication. I'm also a proud parent of two amazingly kind and empathetic grown children. I enjoy weightlifting, Pilates, hiking with my dog, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
