About Janeane

Janeane care for my parents during a very challenging time. Having one parent with terminal cancer and another with dementia. She was one of our weekend caregivers on weekend rotation. She handled each shift with professionalism. She was particularly helpful during sundowning episodes, keeping things calm and redirecting with patience. While my mother could be difficult, especially toward the end, Janeane, maintained composure and treated him respectfully. She communicated clearly with me and the other caregivers, which made coordination smoother. I appreciated knowing that my parents were in capable hands when I couldn't be there. I’d recommend her to families needing steady, competent support for complex care situations.
