About Janay

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, kind, and enthusiastic! I like working with kids because I love being able to help them in critical areas of development. Seeing children grow and blossom into whom they're meant to be is an honor not to be taken lightly. Children are the future and with love and care become kind and capable young adults. I started working with kids when I was really young. I am the oldest of seven so I've always cared for my younger siblings. I formally began caring for children in 2022. In my spare time, I like to paint, color, cook, read, and write. Anything creative adjacent, I'm there! One thing you should know about me is that I am very family oriented. I understand the importance of leaving the care of your baby with someone else and I do everything in my power to create a safe space for your children and your family. My skills include relationship building, tutoring, and safety.
