I interviewed many people for the caregiver position with my husband.. as soon as she came in she not only interacted with me but also with him. that's when I knew she was the one ! She is so kind , caring , thoughtful and a heart of gold it's so wonderful to feel completely at ease when leaving the home with Janay caring for him very quickly she became not only caregiver, a friend , and feels like part of the family I'd be lost without her
