I have experienced working with patients in the nursing home, hospital, doctor office, and home health. When I did my clinicals I checked the patients vital signs and ask if everything is OK. I've assisted patients with ambulating, providing personal hygiene care, and making up beds. I've Observed infection control, and providing house care. I also interact with my patients getting to know them. If the patients needed help being transferred or moving I did that as well.
