About Jana

I enjoy working with animals because they're so loving and fun, and generally have such engaging personalities. My family had several dogs and cats while I was growing up. Some of them had puppies and kittens of their own, and I delighted in helping to train them. In addition to helping my friends over the years with their various pets, in her later years, I helped my mother care for her Japanese Akita, who herself was also aging, and assisted my mother in caring for her new companion dog when the time came. I consider myself to be reliable, friendly, and adventurous. I enjoy doing a wide variety of activities such as kayaking, horseback riding, going to plays and shows with friends and family, and overall enjoy trying new, fun things. *** I am quite happy to pet sit your loved one in their own home, but am currently unable to board any pets in my own space at this time. ***
