About Jana

Cultivating a student's confidence and a genuine love for learning drives my approach to education. With six years of experience as an art teacher, I utilize a Teaching Artistic Behavior philosophy to guide students from initial imagination to final creation. I prioritize building critical thinking and studio skills by connecting complex concepts to real-world examples and personal interests. By actively observing how you interact with new material, I adapt my strategies-incorporating visual aids, hands-on activities, and interactive discussions-to suit your unique needs. I believe open communication with both students and parents is essential to building the trust necessary for academic growth. Whether we are breaking down challenging steps or celebrating an "aha!" moment, I am dedicated to your success. I look forward to helping you unlock your creative potential and seeing your confidence flourish as we explore the world of art together.
